The Gold President's Award, which honors the brand's top-performing hotels, was presented to Vice President of Asset and Revenue Management Kimberly Armstead during Carlson's 2009 Global Business Conference in Philadelphia. During the event, the Country Inn & Suites also received a Friends Hosting Friends Award for achieving guest satisfaction rankings within the top 25% of brand hotels.
